At Iltam, we want you to enjoy the content made available to you through our website. Therefore, we are at your service should you encounter any content that you are unable to access for any reason.

The purpose of this Accessibility Statement is to improve usability and enhance our service with regard to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments on the website were implemented in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at AA accessibility level.

The website’s accessibility was tested on the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge. It was also tested on various computers (desktop and laptop) and on smartphones, including iPhone and Samsung devices.

  • Textual descriptions for images and icons for assistive technologies
  • Responsive design adapted to various screen resolutions
  • Play and pause controls for video galleries
  • Implementation of ARIA rules to enable more accurate and user-friendly interpretation of site content
  • Accessibility adjustments for menus, forms and fields, heading hierarchy, tabs, pop-ups, and more


Display Adjustments on the Website

  • The website display can be enlarged or reduced by holding the CTRL key and scrolling the mouse wheel, or by pressing CTRL + “+” to enlarge and CTRL + “-” to reduce the display. Each action changes the display by 10%.
  • Font size can be adjusted using the accessibility menu available on the website.
  • Users who do not have a mouse or cannot use one can navigate the website using the Tab key. Each press moves the cursor to the next element.
  • Pressing Enter activates the link or element currently in focus.
  • The website does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. Where such content exists, it can be paused by hovering over it and clicking with the mouse, or by navigating to it using the Tab key and pressing Enter.
